You can return unworn and unwashed items with the original sealer intact within 7 days of delivery.
Reverse Pickup
We will arrange a reverse pickup for eligible returns. In some locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be requested to ship the item back using a trusted courier service.

Return Conditions
How to Initiate a Return
Visit the “Returns” section on our website, fill in the required details, and follow the instructions provided. Once your request is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation after approval.
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as innerwear are non-returnable.
Refunds
Refunds will be initiated only after the returned item has passed our quality inspection.
Pickup may take 2–3 business days to be arranged, and the item may take 7–10 business days to reach our warehouse.
Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
To cancel an order, please email
with your order number and reason for cancellation.
If an order has already been dispatched, we will attempt to cancel it; however, shipping charges will not be refunded.
